How to reach us
One email address for everything, plus a Discord for the community and GitHub for the code. We usually reply within two business days.
Use it for orders, shipping, cancellations, warranty claims, returns, press, partnerships and anything else. For an order question, include your order number; for a warranty claim, a short description and a photo or video of the problem.
Orders
Order status, tracking and your receipt are in your account at checkout.immurok.com/account. A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it ships; email us with the order number. Full terms: shipping policy and refund policy.
Kickstarter backers
Rewards are handled through Kickstarter's own messaging and surveys. If you backed the campaign, message us on the campaign page or email us with your backer number.

Security reports
If you have found a vulnerability in the device, the firmware, the apps or this website, email hello@immurok.com with “Security” in the subject and we will get back to you before anything else in the inbox. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before publishing. The security model post describes what we consider in scope.
